Hi there, @user_kodln5. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Are you referring to the coaxial cable that goes into the wall cable outlet, or an ethernet cable that looks like a larger phone jack?
Typically, a coax cable is provided either via a Getting Started (Self-Install) Kit or when a technician installs services. Has yours become damaged somehow, or are you looking to relocate the modem to a different room within your home?
If you need a replacement 'stand alone' cable (i.e. a shorter cable to go from the modem to an existing wall outlet that has connectors on both ends) you can exchange a damaged cable at any local Xfinity Store.
Any additional details you can provide would be helpful in determining next steps should this not be the case.
