Intermittent connectivity

Since Saturday 8/2 my internet has been constantly spotty and cycling my modem mb 8611.  Prior to this I have had great service. The neighbors were trimming bushes near the outside pedestal and since then I get random drops. The signals are of course fine when they check them and everything looks great, they can assure me nothing is wrong. The tech came out today, said they don’t really see anything but decided to replace the line from the pedestal to my home. He ran a temp line for now but the new line needs to be buried. That will of course take weeks to bury but he assured me everything was good to go. It’s not good to go, I’m still having the same issues except now no one will speak to me because the ticket is open pending completion of the line being buried. Both me and my wife work from home, having intermittent connectivity isn’t ideal. As I type this the modem dropped again. Need some help.

The uncorrected on ofdm plc continue to rise. Connection stays solid overnight, drops consistently during the day.
