Intermittent disconnects.

I've restarted my modem multiple times, pinged my local gateway to confirm that it wasn't my device, and I still cannot resolve these 5-15 second disconnects that keeps randomly happening. It's long enough to drop calls and interrupt downloads.

The modem is reporting millions of uncorrectables, low SNR, 1/5 are showing 26-29 with some going 41+dB.

I don't have splitters in my home.

Anything else I can do? Thanks.

Hey @xxw, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting the Xfinity Internet connection. With the intermittent connectivity you are describing, could you please check the coax cable and ensure there are no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts that could interfere with the signal communication between the modem and Xfinity network? Hard bends in the coax can cause the issues you are describing.

@XfinityDemitrius Hi, I loosened the cables and found no visible damage or harsh bends (at least the section in my house, I cannot get close enough to see the part outside).

@xxw

The upstream power levels are borked. Get a tech out to investigate. Good luck !
