Intermittent internet connectivity - frequent 'Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted' in the modem log

I keep losing internet connectivity. Looking at the modem logs I see things like:

'Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted'

'Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out'

'Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out'

I've had the tech out twice to check connections and cables, they both said my signal looks good. (the first tech did replace the connector at the point of entry).

I'm pinging google every 15 seconds to verify if I'm connected, my connectivity looks like this, as you can see it's quite spotty.

My modem is a netgear CM2000. I'm directly connected via Ethernet (I'm not using wifi to verify that the internet is up). Every time I call or chat to tech support I get nowhere with this issue. Am as a loss as to what to try next.

Modem stats are as follows:

Cable Diagnostic

Status: Good

Your setup looks fine. If you can't access the internet, make sure you properly activated the modem. If modem has been activated and you still can't access the internet, contact your service provider for troubleshooting help.
If you can access the internet but has other internet issue, the Netgear Cable Knowledge Base can provide additional troubleshooting info.
