Intermittent latency spikes
For the last week or so, I've been getting intermittent latency spikes at random times. I typically am around 14ms and I'll experience HUGE lag spikes that take me around 215ms on an ethernet connection. These spikes usually only last a few minutes. I've experienced this both wired and wireless and it's happening on all devices (cell, laptop, desktop) at the same time. I'm curious if there may be a wiring problem? Xfinity has recently had outages in my area within the last week but they've all said that these have been resolved.
How would I go about having my connection checked at my home for potential faulty wiring from the pole?
