Intermittent outages continuing in our area

Intermittent outages occurring recently, in addition to extended outages in recent weeks.  

Some recent intermittent outages reported by my router are attached. 

Rebooted modem yesterday and outages continuing today.

Seems to indicate things are still not stable.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it

I have been experiencing the same intermittent outages all day for the last month and it is impossible to get XFINITY on the phone for support or even get someone out here to look at the issue.
I work from home and am losing work as well as missing deadlines because of the issue.
I need it resolved ASAP.

user_q7lokh are you able to let us know if you're seeing confirmed service interruptions in your area or if your service is cutting out? There are some shared resources in this thread you can use to check the status of your service. We just need to know exactly what you're experiencing, so we can take the best actions to help.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps 


Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
