Intermittent speed drops for months

I've had intermittent drops for almost 3 months now. Multiple tech visits don't fix. Changed network adapter settings don't fix. New modem didn't fix. Happens on all devices Wi-Fi and ethernet. Resetting the gateway doesn't fix. Running troubleshooting on the Xfinity app doesn't alert any problem for Xfinity to actually fix. Neighbor is experiencing the same problem.

I have exhausted every internal troubleshooting step, the issue is with Comcast's network and not my internal network.

user_dvt46j Thanks for reaching out about your service issues the past few months. This certainly isn't something we like to hear is happening even after tech visits and other troubleshooting steps. We would be happy to assist in any way we can to get this resolved once and for all for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
