internet and wifi connection drop every night at the same time, outage lasts for hours

For the last several nights around 8:30/9:00pm I’ve lost internet connection and ability to connect to my wifi.  The outage lasts at least several hours (magically fine in the morning when I wake up) with maybe a few seconds of connectivity here and there.  Xfinity app doesn't show any interruptions. I’ve reset the modem/router (Netgear C7000v2) many times.  Internet and wifi has worked flawlessly for 2 years, nothing has changed on my end.  I’ve seen many similar posts with no resolution or explanation for the precise timing of the issue.  I’m in the Boston area if that helps anyone.

user_hu27s7 Thanks for reaching out with your connection concern. I would be happy to look into what is causing the service to drop at night. To confirm, do you have any equipment hardwired to the modem that is having the same issue?
