internet connection is worse after a fix on network infrastructure

recently xfinity sent out service technicians to fix an issue specified as “network damage” at my apartment complex. this issue took around 9-10 hours to be fixed, and post-fix my connection on wifi devices has been very unstable. i have tried explaining this issue to the assistant and a live agent through the app, but they only like to troubleshooting using i assume the same tests as the xfinity app, which tell me im getting better speeds than i pay for and that i am connected.

could any xfinity employee be of help in discovering why the connection is worse post-fix?

keyword being post-fix, and ill say it one more time this is post-fix. this issue is happening on devices which worked perfectly normal before the random outage, and now that the fix the technicians put in place is through the connection is more unstable and worse. post-fix
