Internet cuts out multiple times every day and cable drops constantly
We have been in our new build condo building since January and have had internet issues from day one. Our service drops multiple times a day, I have to reset the internet every few days, and we pay for cable but were told to use the Xfinity app on our TV and it doesn’t work probably 50% of the time. Today, when watching the NBA playoffs, the connection dropped about every 5 minutes. I know our neighbors are experiencing the same issues. This is simply insane - we work from home and this causes constant disruption and headache. How will this situation get remedied? Our neighbors were assured the situation was being handled but absolutely nothing has changed and no one has been contacted. We pay over $200 a month for cable and internet that is wildly unreliable.
