Internet cuts out several times a day. FW.IPv6 INPUT drop

I have been chasing this issue for weeks. I though it was one of my computers causing the problem but it still occurs even when its disconnected from the internet. 

My internet drops and I have to restart my router several times a day. Looking in the logs It seems to cut out the same time "FW.IPv6 INPUT drop DATE TIME" shows in the firewall log. 

I have tried following guides online to solve this issue but nothing has worked.

You've done some excellent troubleshooting on your end, and the details from your firewall log are a major help. Thank you for including that.
