internet data usage says 0gb

in the xfinity app and online my home data internet usage says 0gb. i signed out and reinstalled the app and also troubleshot with xfinity assistant and there were no issues with my connection or internet. i also rebooted my self-owned modem. this has been like this since the first week of september.

user_r2w2zx this could be an issue with the incorrect MAC ID not being on your account. Let's take a look at your account and make sure everything is correct. Please send us a DM with your full name and complete address. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
