Are you currently using your own personal equipment or using our Xfinity xFi Gateway rental? Could you please visit our 'Tips for troubleshooting your Xfinity Internet connection' support page for the steps on how to review your signal levels? Once you find your signal levels, please copy/paste or screenshot the information, so we can review further. Please be sure to remove any personal information such as IP Address/MAC Addresses.
