Internet dropping out

Internet connection keeps dropping, many times a day.

I use a Dell/Windows computer.

However my wife does not experience the same issues.  She has an Apple computer.

user_6rwyl5-  Hi there, and welcome to the Xfinity Forums community! Thank you for reaching out for help with your Xfinity  WiFi on your Dell computer. I understand how important it is to have a reliable internet connection, especially at home, and appreciate the opportunity to support you. To get started, I always recommend using the Xfinity app—it’s a quick and helpful tool to check your account status and walk through some initial troubleshooting steps. It can be a real help when you're in a pinch.

To better understand what’s going on and offer the most effective help, I’d like to ask a couple of quick questions:

Where is your modem located in relation to your PC?
Have you noticed similar connection issues with any other devices in your home?

Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted out together!

My PC is located in the main living room, as is my wife's, downstairs form the modem location. I have also experienced similar issues when I am physically closer to the modem. Some days/weeks there are no issues... then I get issues daily. So its very anoying and probably very difficult to fix such an intermittent issue.
