Internet drops intermittently
Internet seems to be dropping off intermittently while attending office calls from computer, its frustrating. I even upgraded my internet speed to 1GB and its of no use!!
Trying to reach out to customer service and I end up chatting with a chatbot everytime!! I am paying real money and I need to talk to someone real when in need.
I don't want to be friends with anyone at Xfinity, I just need service for what I pay for!!
When I do a speed test, I see download speed as 450mbps and upload speed as 22mbps. Beautiful speed test monitor screen always show speeds as blazing fast but its the other way around in reality.
Need help!! knock knock!!

I too have suffered from this problem. The constant outages were when they were stinging fiber optic in my area and upgrading the nodes and amps. I called and put in a ticket. About a week later I got an email and everything has been fixed.
