Internet goes down when it rains

Wow I am having to rewrite this post about how annoyed I am with Xfinity because their own forum can't work properly.

Issue: internet cuts out when it is raining. No help from the automated system. I need help getting in touch with a human customer service agent who can get someone out to check our lines. This has been going on for months.
