Internet going in & out

Hello for the past days my internet been going in & out on the day guaranteed every single night at 11 to 12pm ot shuts off been of on in the morning.Yall ay it`s a outage but it can't be if it coming on it been like for 6 days now can u pls explain what yall are doing cause it is tiring!!!

Hey there! The most effective way to get outage updates for your area and information about your service is to visit xfinity.com/outage or use the Xfinity app. 

 

We can also take a closer look in the are and check for any additional work that may be going on or needed. To do so, please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
