Internet intermittently disconnecting

@user_u134y6 Thanks for meeting us here in our community for assistance with your internet connection. It sounds like you've done some troubleshooting already. Have you also checked to make sure your coaxial cable at the wall and behind the modem is secure and finger tight? Have you removed or swapped out the splitter with a new one if you use one in your home? Also, how does the coaxial cable look? Is is old, damaged or have hard bends? All of these items can cause your connection to be unstable.
