Slow speeds are never fun to deal with, so I can only imagine what you've been going through. Let's get on the same page and go over a few clarifying questions to set up our next steps. Are you seeing the slow speeds over a wired, wireless, or both types of connections? Also, are you using a standalone/personal router along with your modem or gateway?
