Internet issues
Hello my internet has been horribly choppy and intermittent for weeks. It's especially bad when I'm on a video call for work, to the point where I can't do anything else, including using my browser. This has been happening for weeks and is making it almost impossible to work from home. We really need to fix this issue.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
