Internet issues

I need to know what's being done about the service. There is absolutely no updates, the xfinity assistant is worthless, and i cant call and ask a representative because it wont give me an option to speak to a representative. I understand there is an outage due to a storm, the service comes in and goes out, it comes in and goes out continuously for two days now and there is no transparency whatsoever. If the work that is being done is going cause the fluctuation in the service then tell us that. People getting excited that the internet and tv is one just for it to go off 2 hours later, be off for 30 min come back on then 6 hours later go off again for 7 hours just to come back on for 10 min and then be off again. Its frustrating that there are no updates on whats being done as well as a time frame of when its going to get done.

Hello, @Houssaye The best thing you can do is keep an eye on the Xfinity app. Our resources are going to give you the same information that's in the app. If it confirms an interruption technicians will continue to work, and the ETA will be updated once our techs learn more. Until the network is upgraded, and the work is resolved service might turn on and off. I know it’s challenging when service is not working, but please know our techs will make fixing the issue a priority. They always do everything needed to get everything working.
