On my latest Tec (Jason) visit, replaced all end fittings, verified signal strength at all points and noticed something that the other Tec's missed. The line that runs from the box on the side of the house (install 7 months ago during new service setup) and over top and down the other side was under ground (jell pack) line. Here in Arizona roofs get hot and the jell was leaking out the end fittings creating shorts and disruptions. Its only been a day but no errors or uncorrected as of yet.

Tec visit this morning with no resolution in site, I believe the Tec did not have the experience or knowledge to effectively handle the issue. He did however speak to a few other customers by me that are also having trouble, then said he sent e-mails to management to escalate the issue. This is truly becoming tiresome and frustrating.

It sounds like they might have gotten the ball rolling by escalating it to management if it's not an issue specifically with your home.
