Internet keeps dropping intermittently since recent node updates in my area.

Internet connections keep dropping intermittently since recent upgrades were done in our area.  The upgrades were suppose to provide better service but I have not seen anything getting better.  In fact the intermittent outages seem to be happening more frequently.  The network will drop for several minutes and then come back.  It is becoming a real pain.

Same here. I am good at diagnosing things gone wrong on my pc. But the past two days are out of control. In and out losing connections. Half the time I see an unidentified network instead of mine. I followed all of the suggestions I could find online. But no success. Unplugged the router...which is fairly new. Plugged back in after 15 seconds. And even waited two minutes before rebooting. No luck. Rebooted my pc. Okay...it looks good. But 5 minutes later I have lost the connection. Reset the network adapters. Even restored a recent backup image hoping that would solve my problem. It hasn't.

Same issue happening in Chicago. Last night into today has been the worst. Constant drops every hour since 11pm last night ranging from 5 minutes up to 10. All CS could do is “escalate” the issue and offer credits…. I really just want this fixed, but they seem more focused on trying to pitch me their “reliable” mobile service. What a shame these ISPs have monopolies in certain neighborhoods over here

I am under Unidentified Network at this moment. If I check back later or reboot my PC it will show my personal network. And then switch back to Unidentified. The 3rd day now. At first I thought it was a Tuesday Microsoft Update that caused it. I uninstalled it. That wasn't the problem.

Same thing happening, I left for a work trip, come back to Portland, and suddenly my internet is dropping every 5 minutes or so.
