internet keeps dropping out

Internet upstream keeps dropping; ever since I received a maintenance notification last Friday, Sept 27, I have experienced upstream issues. On the weekends, I livestream to Twitch, and the stream keeps dropping about every 30 seconds to 1 minute; then there are times when it works well for about an hour, and then it starts dropping again. I've watched the networking screen while live streaming and the send signal completely drops out while the received signal remains. This has now gone on for two weekends in a row. I notice the problem more on weekends because I get to stream longer than an hour; it usually takes 1 hour to 90 minutes for the issue to occur. Once it start then it keeps doing it for up to an hour, I would like to see if you can come back an inspect whatever was worked on in our area, that is when all this problem started for me. I've tested the modem, I have tested all my routers and mesh network,

Hello, @user_83ycox sorry to hear you are having issues streaming on Twitch. Have you performed a speed test https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ hardwired to your modem to test the upload speeds? What were the results and your planned speed?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
