Internet keeps dropping
Hello,
Problem -- internet cuts out at seemingly random intervals.
Equipment -- Arris G36
Work done so far -- Three tech appointments have not solved this issue yet. The techs have run new line, checked signal at the box located by the street.
I have been able to pull this graph from my gateway to indicate signal (?):
I am unable to watch the streaming services I pay for with any sort of reliability.
Please advise, this is absurd.
