Internet keeps randomly disconnecting
We have a X5 modem for the 5ghz. Have had the same modem for two years, no issues. Now all of a sudden it wants to disconnect. Sometimes the wifi stays connected, other times it completely goes off for a minute and internet resumes as normal...

Only thing to do is have a service tech come out for $100 [Edited: Language] dollars. Replaced the modem to the new xb8.. worked great that day yesterday. Then this morning every 2 to 5 minutes nearly spot on. Modem doesn't reset, it's just the internet signal. Maybe its xfinity forcing it for service calls to get more business because optical is spreading like wildfire.
