Internet lagging, slow
Last Saturday March 12, started having internet issues, took the old box and exchanged to a new one, afterwards invite of resetting the system, still having problems with the speed connecting, its been lagging worse, its only running 5mb that the previous 100mb, we need the service tech to check the main box outside our house, something is wrong, pls.
