Internet Loss Every 10 Minutes

Hi I have been having this issue off and on for around 6 months now. Roughly every 10 minutes or so my internet will cut out for about 15 seconds. I thought it could be an issue with the cables at my apartment, but I have recently moved and have the same issue. 

Things I have tried:

Restarting Xfinity Gateway

Xfinity Troubleshooting Steps

Replacing Coax 

Using ethernet instead of Wi-Fi
