Internet repair
Unplugged router 14 times this month alone.
Followed instructions.
Internet just shuts down.
In fact 18 times this month.
And it's down right now.

It was downlast night too.
Was told it would be back up by 10:30.
Wrong! Midnight!
And it is down right now again.
What the _ _ _ _ is going on?

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Greetings, @user_5ztevh! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your service, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Can you please tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you unplugging your router because the connection stops working, and that's the only way to make it reconnect, or are you following troubleshooting steps outlined in the Xfinity app? Does your connection usually return as soon as your router has finished rebooting? Have you ever seen anything listed on the Xfinity app or website about known issues in your area when this happens, as @EG suggested, or does it seem to be isolated to your account? No matter what, we need to get to the bottom of this.
