internet keeps losing connection yet troubleshooting says its alright...cant talk to a live agent, your computer answering service [Edited: Language] and after 20+ years im ready to cut the cord and go fiber optics or anything else. nothing says "I dont care about my customers" like making support impossible to reach.

user_0s2asq Thanks for posting on our Community forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear about the random disconnections. We'd like to help troubleshoot and get to the bottom of this. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the modem manually or through our Xfinity App? Have you checked the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and modem) to make sure it's tight?
