Internet Service Unreliable

For the last 3 weeks I've had internet issues. Supposedly due to service upgrades. I recieved a text saying everything was completed last week but then again I'm sitting here with no internet connection. This is unacceptable. I work from home and need reliable service. Especially when I do pay my bill on time every single month.
