internet service/signal keeps dropping every day since 10/21/2024
So the headache started back in 10/21/2024, we received a notice from Xfinity that they were going to be doing a service interruption that whole day in order to make "improvements" to the lines for new speeds etc. but all it did was mess things up because before this i had ZERO issues but That very same day once the service was restored, we started experiencing random drops in connection, they last anywhere from 30 seconds up to a minute and then service comes back like if nothing happened, the light on the modem stays white indicating a stable connection but the internet stops working completely on everything, wifi, LAN lines and even the X1 TV boxes, everything. The first thing we did was get the modem replaced since thats the most obvious thing to do, i went to my local xfinity store replaced it along with the coax cable, but the issue persisted. We gave it a few more days because we kept getting messages that maintaince would be done xx/xx/xxxx date at xx:xx am time so we hoped that this would eventually solve the issue but nothing, then one day i was getting home and saw an xfinity bucket truck at the light post on the street that leads to my house, i pulled over and asked if this was due to recent service issues and they said that something was wrong with the node and that they were replacing it and should be good after that, but it was not, the issue still kept happening so we called in had a tech out to our home tested everything out, we had a new line connected from the tap all the way to our home, and again the issue still kept happening, at this point i am beyond frustrated with the constant disconnections because we do side work from home and this interrupts that, on top of that when i do have free time i like to game online but keeps getting kicked out of games because of the sudden service drops. I need help with this issue, techs have already visited done all they can from my home everything looks "Good" to them but we keep getting the random sudden annoying drops, they say it probably "Signal Noise" but honestly its very infuriating that i am paying $250 dollars monthly for a service that has been giving me issues since 10/21/2024 thats SIX MONTHS of this going on, at this point im so close to switching providers even if they cant match the speed i get now, has anyone had this issue before? how can i get xfinity to actually address the issue

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
