Internet slow and lagging since outage last month

The entire area had an outage about a month or so ago, and everyone in my house and around us has noticed that the internet has never been the same since. Download speeds are very slow, videos buffer or timeout and we have one of the upper level speeds. We have reset and tried everything possible. Please

Same here, in GA. After 10 years with xfinity if this doens't clear up soon, I will be swapping. This is not what we pay for guys

@tsacmoc99 Our team can definitely understand how stressful and irritating it is to have issues with your internet connection. We all work from home on this end of the screen so we can completely relate to how it causes you to make arrangements that you didn't expect. What sort of troubleshooting steps have you taken on your end? A great article to review when you're experiencing a connection issue would be our Internet Troubleshooting Tips, it has some great information about what to look for and how to test devices to isolate the issue. The more information we can get from you about the issue the faster can come up with solutions to get it resolved in a timely manner.
