internet slow causing me to miss work time

tech here this morning re ran cable but could not resolve the problem using nighthawk AX2700

@XfinityBillie @user_gu0k7d  The AX2700 is the router portion of the gateway device. The modem model number is CAX30, which is indeed on the compatible list.

You mentioned that you are using a nighthawk AX2700, I am not seeing that on our list of compatible devices, which may be why you are running into connection issues. Did the tech mention that the modem didn't appear to be compatible with our services?
