Internet speed not matching my plan

Plan is for 1100mbps but speed tests only give me UP to 100mbps. I'm using an ethernet connection and I have restarted my modem on countless times.

user_0erhwt, hello there! I've been there before. That's not a good experience. May I ask are you using your own modem or a gateway provided by Comcast?

user_0erhwt Thank you for giving me a better idea of your setup. When you open the Xfinity App and run a health check on your internet, what recommendations does it give you? You can find instructions to run a health test whenever you notice connection issues if needed :).
