internet speed\

My previous speed was 1100 and it was about 933 I have currently upgraded to 2000 and am still getting about 933. As anybody else experienced this.  I have called and the help desk yes, I am connected for the faster. With the AI help desk it came back that my speed was supposed to be 1100 speed.

That sounds like you're limited by a 1Gb ethernet port.  That's about what you'd get.  The usual answer is "about 950" but 933 is close enough.

What hardware are you using?  You'll need a 2.5Gb or faster ethernet connection to get more than ~950.  WiFi can go faster (though the 2.5Gb requirement still applies if you're using a separate modem and router or putting a gateway in bridge mode with your own gear), but that gets dodgy for testing so it's best to test wired if possible.

@zandor60657 Great response. Thank you for helping. @user_729ksz Are you able to confirm the equipment you are using?
