Internet still down after Xfinity outage marked resolved — possible incomplete restoration

My internet stopped working approximately four hours ago. During troubleshooting, I received an Xfinity notification that there had been a service outage in my area, followed by a notification that it was resolved.

However, my connection has never recovered.

I'm using an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem. The modem establishes a DOCSIS connection, and connected devices successfully receive public IPv4 addresses, a valid gateway, and Xfinity DNS servers.

Despite this, there is no internet connectivity.

I've tested two completely different routers (Netgear Orbi and GL.iNet), plus two different MacBooks connected directly to the modem. All exhibit the same failure.

I've also power-cycled the modem multiple times and replaced Ethernet cables.

The modem logs show DOCSIS error 85000200 — UCD invalid or channel unusable (no idea if that's relevant as a single event hours after the outage started)

Given the timing of the outage, I suspect my connection was not fully restored or that there is a remaining provisioning, routing, or upstream connectivity issue.

Could you escalate this to the network team responsible for the outage and verify that my modem is fully operational on the CMTS, correctly provisioned, and able to pass traffic?

I work from home and have been without internet for approximately four hours. I need this investigated urgently.
