Thank you, @user_hbqhfg, for meeting us here in our community about your internet concerns. You did the right thing by reaching out to us for assistance. You can also consult your account on our Xfinity app or xfinity.com for troubleshooting your service from the comfort of your home. Other things to check on your internet is to check to make sure the coaxial cable at the wall is secure and finger tight, and the same along all the cable if splitters are present to the modem. You can look to see if you see any damage, kinks or hard bends on your cabling that could cause a bad connection. If they are, you can swap them out for new ones, along with the splitters. Sometimes these go out as well. Finally, you can unplug your modem for about 20 seconds and restart it. If none of these items bring your connection up, and your Xfinity app doesn't say there is an area interruption, we can assist.
