Internet

I work from home and our Internet went down. I have a Desktop so I can’t just work anywhere remotely, unfortunately. Not only are we losing money but also this could affect our employment security if they feel our Internet is not reliable. It went down today at 11:41 AM the first EDT was 3:31 PM today now it says 8:32 PM with no updates at all! As high as the prices that we pay for the service, this is unacceptable! But what’s really going on why all of a sudden is it network issues in different pockets of the city of Detroit and Surrounding cities?!

When service interruptions do occur, our local teams work as fast, and safe as possible to have services restored. You can use our Xfinity Status Center, or the Xfinity app to check on the status of local interruptions.
