Notified there was an outage yesterday. My WiFi started going out. Was notified the outage was fixed but my WiFi never started working.

First. Check here to see if it says that your area is still in an outage;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps 

Is the indicator light on the modem lit steadily, or is it blinking ?
