Keep losing internet connection on mobile phone

Hello.

The past couple of days, I noticed I do not have an internet connection on my mobile phone while on my home network.  Everything else is working (TV & landline).  The phone is working fine.  I'm getting calls & texts.  I contacted Xfinity Virtual Assistant.  It ran tests, reset modem, etc.  My phone was connected to the internet the rest of the evening.  No problems.  The next day, the connection was lost again.  My phone connects fine to other networks (i.e. at work).  This is a recent thing, never had issues before.  Any suggestions?  BTW, my mobile phone is not with Xfinity

@XfinityKrista none of this worked for me. Any other ideas?

@user_1ttbsn Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums, can you clarify what type of issue you are experiencing? Are you using an Xfinity Mobile device or another carrier for your cell phone? Are any other devices unable to connect to the internet?

@KimmieV I’m searching for the same info. Xfinity internet with Xfinity Mobile service. Issues with both mine and my wife’s phones. All tablets, Rokus, laptops, desktop, even an old phone that isn’t hooked up with a carrier connect just fine.
