To view connected devices on the Xfinity app, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
Go to the WiFi section.
Tap on View WiFi equipment to see your gateway and connected devices.
Select a device to view its details.
If you don't see some devices, ensure they are connected to the correct WiFi network and not to a public xfinitywifi hotspot. You can also identify devices by checking their manufacturer in the Device Details section.
