MAC address change is bypassing Wi-Fi pause

Someone keeps attempting to connect to our wi-fi, and while I have paused their device, they change the MAC address, and bypass the pause. They have done this multiple times. Is there any way to either block this device regardless of the Mac address, or is there any way in settings to have to manually approve all Wi-Fi connections?

Are you sure that they are connecting via the WiFi ? Have you tried changing the WiFi password ?

Yes, I receive the notifications by text and email whenever someone connects to our wi-fi. It's always the same type of phone, an iPhone, which none of our family members have. We all have Androids. The only difference is the Mac address. It's different every time. And this has happened three times now. We believe it to be a friend of our son's, and he gives him the Wi-Fi password.

My kids did the same with a lot of their friends over the summer. I Finally changed the network name and password and put it into my kids devices and did not give them the password. Did you try changing the network name @user_c1w92r
