MAC Filtering

I see this issue repeating in the posts but without a clear answer. I cannot connect my HP printer with my new router. MAC filtering is enabled on the wireless router. I have reviewed the steps, but I am unable to log into the router's admin interface. I dead end on an xfinity page that points me to the app to manage gateway settings in multiple browsers. There is no "connect" tab in the app, as previous advice directed. There also is nothing in the security section. Please advise with specific steps I can take.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you're having issues connecting your printer, and you've set the MAC filtering up with no positive results. I appreciate all your efforts so far. Does the printer require a dedicated 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band?
