Major Issues!

I have chatted in 30 PLUS TIMES, WITH PROBLEMS STILL LOOMING. I upgraded from 400mbps to 1000mbps. After a "WEEK", I finally see im on the right plan, im getting the speed to my router, but its only outputting 600-700mbps to my device. Thinking im need a simple re-provision done on the router with correct plan speed? Please Advise

Good morning @user_1gbps we would be happy to look into your speed concern. We cannot guarantee speeds wirelessly or while using any third-party networking equipment. For troubleshooting purposes, please temporarily direct connect a PC to your modem via Ethernet, removing any other networking equipment in between the modem and your computer. Once you have done this, please run a speed test at http://speedtest.xfinity.com and let me know the results. Thanks.
