Modem coverage is suddenly worse

After having Xfinity internet for 2+ years, the modem has started disconnecting devices for no reason and the coverage has gotten worse. Previously, the signal across my home was great but as of two weeks ago it has gotten worse. Resetting and power cycling the modem does not help. After following the trouble shooting options, the signal does not improve. I believe the signal to the model is at or above my plan mbps
