Modem keeps getting disconnected

Hi just got a new connection and from the time it got installed it worked fine for 3 hours and then the intermittent disconnect started .. since I am new to the country , not sure if I should register a ticket with Xfinity . Any advice to fix disconnects that occur every 5 mins

Hello @user_047fa7, thank you for being part of the Xifnity Family! As someone who relies on a working connection at all times, I can understand the need to be connected. @EG, offered a great starting point, were you able to find some relief at this time?
