Motorola MB8611 reboots several times a day due to Xfinity software
How do I know this? Because there are dozens of boards with 100's of users who have the same exact issue. Why has this never been fixed and no resolution ever offered? It was purchased based on it being a recommended model by Xfinity. I bought it after you stopped supporting my previous model which, by the way, was removed from the list of supported models 5 weeks after I purchased it.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1
Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

Hello Sparty1966 , I understand having this many reboots can be frustrating. We can certainly run some tests on the modem to see what we are showing on our end. Is the modem just rebooting and coming back on or are you losing service for an extended time each time it goes down?
