Multiple outages and I’m sick of it
18 outages since Nov 24. Ridiculous! The “improvements” installed beginning on Nov 24 were clearly done improperly and no one has been sent by the company to fix it that knows what they are doing. Can we get someone to actually fix this? Anyone? Soon? May be time to look at our other options if not.

Hello tvowels thanks so much for taking the time and reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums with these service issue concerns! What specifically are the service doing when these issues happen? Are you seeing the modem reset? Are all devices having this issue, or only certain ones? Are you mainly connecting via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable? We have a plethora of resources here that can help in identifying the source of intermittent internet issues.
