Multiple Outages, Every Day, Always on the Quarter Hour
We are routinely having anywhere from 4-20 outages, EVERY single day. They always occur on the quarter hour, and last for 2-3 minutes. This seems as though it would be some device somewhere rebooting. If this was an occasional occurance, or even for a week at a time, I would chalk it up to maintenance. This has now been going on for THREE YEARS. For the first two-and-a-half years, our cable was laying out in the street, constantly getting damaged. It would be replaced, things would be good for a month, and then these issues would start up again. However, our cable was finally buried, and service was great for a month. Now for the past 5 months, we're back to the same outage issues. No speed issues, though, just 2-3 minute outage multiple times, every single day. This is unacceptable in a world that's being forced to stream everything, with most software now hosted in the cloud, etc. There has to be some response other than the typical: 1) your cable needs to be replaced; or 2) it's just routine maintenance. No one does maintenance 7 times on Thursday, 20 times on Friday, 14 times on Saturday...
